What does a BI engagement look like?
We interview stakeholders to understand what decisions they make and what data they use today. Then we build the data layer (ETL pipelines, dimensional models) and the dashboards on top. Delivery in two-week sprints — you see working dashboards early. Typical projects run 4-12 weeks.
Do we need a data warehouse to start?
Not necessarily. We can build dashboards directly on top of your operational databases for quick wins, then introduce a proper analytical layer as your needs grow. The right architecture depends on your data volume and how many source systems you have.
What BI tools do you work with?
We primarily build on Power BI for visualization, with data pipelines in Python and SQL. We connect to any platform with an API or database — Q360, AlayaCare, Odoo, and others. The tool choice depends on your existing stack.
