Odoo can replace half your SaaS stack — if it's deployed with purpose.
Most companies we talk to run a dozen separate tools for things Odoo can do in one place: accounting, CRM, projects, inventory, e-sign, HR, recruitment, helpdesk, point-of-sale, e-commerce, VoIP, even document management. Each tool was added to solve one specific problem. Over a few years the stack grows into a tangle of per-seat subscriptions, broken integrations, and "who owns the login for this one?"
Odoo is one of the few platforms that can genuinely consolidate that stack. It's open-source, modular, extensible, and has a coherent data model. We know because we run our own business on it — every ticket, timesheet, quote, invoice, blog post, and contact at Rubi Works lives in Odoo.
We don't sell Odoo because a vendor pays us a commission. We sell it because we use it ourselves, daily, across every function of our business. The advice we give clients comes from running the same software in our own shop.
What we do with Odoo.
Odoo works for you, not the other way around — but only if you deploy it with intention. That's what we're here for.
Industries we've deployed Odoo in.
Home care & healthcare
Odoo paired with AlayaCare gives home care agencies a complete operational stack — clinical workflows in AlayaCare, everything else in Odoo. See our ERP for AlayaCare with Odoo solution.
AV & systems integrators
Project management, inventory tracking, customer support, and service scheduling — all in one place. Replaces the typical combination of Q360, Teamwork, QuickBooks, and Zendesk with a single coherent system.
Hospitality
Guest bookings, point-of-sale, staff scheduling, inventory, and loyalty — Odoo's hospitality modules combined with targeted custom work fit hotels, restaurants, and multi-venue operators.
Construction
Project tracking, budget vs actual, resource allocation, subcontractor management, and change orders — all wired to the accounting side so PMs and controllers see the same numbers.
Media & entertainment
Creative workflow management, asset organization, distribution, rights, and royalty tracking — non-trivial customization territory, but Odoo's model is flexible enough to handle it.
What we don't do.
A few honest disclaimers that save everyone time:
- We don't do "install Odoo and walk away" — we don't do fly-by-night implementations. Every project has a defined support tail.
- We don't push Odoo when it's wrong — if your problem is better solved by another tool, we'll tell you that in discovery rather than in month 4 of a failing implementation.
- We don't do per-seat reseller economics — we charge for implementation, customization, and support. Odoo licensing is between you and Odoo S.A.
Frequently asked questions.
Depends on what modules you need. Enterprise unlocks the official Accounting, Studio, and other premium modules; Community is free but limited. We'll tell you which makes sense in discovery.
Most of our deployments run on Odoo.sh (the official managed cloud) because it handles backups, upgrades, and staging environments well. For HIPAA or data residency requirements we deploy on-premise or in your private cloud.
Small (5-20 users, standard modules, minimal customization): 6-10 weeks. Mid-size with integrations and custom modules: 3-5 months. Enterprise with multi-entity, complex workflows, and heavy data migration: 6-12 months.
Yes — we encourage it. A good first Odoo project is usually just the CRM + Sales + Invoicing modules replacing one or two existing tools. Once your team is comfortable, we phase in accounting, projects, HR, etc.
