Rubi Echo connects to your AlayaCare scheduling system and handles lone worker safety automatically. Employees get an SMS during their shift and reply with a single digit. If nobody responds, your team is notified immediately — through whatever channels you choose. No proprietary devices. No manual tracking. No missed escalations.

Works equally well for overnight and extended shifts — where regular check-ins serve a dual purpose: confirming the employee is safe and confirming they are alert and on duty. If a check-in goes unanswered at 3am, your supervisors know immediately.

SMS & Phone Check-Ins

Employee receives a text prompt and replies "1" (safe) or "2" (needs help). A follow-up call triggers automatically on no reply. For overnight shifts, regular check-ins also serve as alertness and compliance confirmation — an unanswered prompt at 2am is treated the same as any other non-response.
